With the relaunch of its new website, the specialist in air humidification, dehumidification and evaporative cooling is sending a clear signal of its structural reorganisation in Germany. The new Customer Experience Portal is not only a technological advancement, but also the tangible result of the merger between the former Condair Systems GmbH (Norderstedt) and Condair GmbH (Garching).

The new website www.condair.de presents Condair’s entire product and service portfolio for the first time under one roof, in a user-friendly format and aligned with a consistent brand identity.

As part of the Condair Group’s growth strategy, the two German companies were merged in 2024 to form the new Condair GmbH, headquartered in Norderstedt. The branch in Garching serves as the sales and service centre for HVAC humidification, dehumidification and evaporative cooling. At the Norderstedt site, solutions for direct room humidification are designed and offered – particularly for specific building areas and for efficient retrofitting in existing properties.

For Philipp von Heimendahl, Managing Director of Condair GmbH, the new website marks the digital launch of the reorganisation: “By presenting our two sites together and showcasing our complete product portfolio, we are pooling our expertise even more effectively and offering our customers a range of services that is even more closely integrated in technical terms. The new Condair website is designed to provide users from a wide range of industries and with varying levels of prior knowledge with a comprehensive digital experience centred on optimising indoor climate: the focus is on practical information on all product solutions, in-depth technical expertise, application examples, case studies and user-friendly online calculation tools.

Industry-specific content, extensive FAQ sections and an AI-supported structure enable users to quickly find relevant answers and get in touch with local contacts straight away.
